Levels of Involvement

Transactional
The lowest level of involvement where I offer my time on an hourly basis to complete specific tasks, engage in one-on-one coaching sessions, or provide as-needed operational support. This is typically the first arrangement made with clients due to its low-risk nature. You are able to see specific results or performance done in an allotted time, and once the value is proven, we can progress into a higher level of involvement to realize the full potential of our partnership.

Project-Based
A moderate amount of involvement in the organization is required to complete a specific project. This could be the implementation or utilization of a software, defining or improving operational processes, or achieving deadline-driven objectives. The specific duration and outcomes are identified prior to entering into an agreement, so we both have the same expectations and understanding of what’s involved in the project.

Immersive
The highest level of involvement where I become an integral member of the team in a fractional capacity to drive change and growth in the organization. The intent is to “work myself out of a job” by improving the business to a point where my responsibilities are either transitioned into a full-time role or the organization is functioning in such a way that the services I am providing are no longer required at an immersive level of involvement.
